Western Area Adolescent Team is a part of Youth Health, Western Sydney Local Health District. It is funded by NSW Health. The primary target group for service provision is young people aged 12-24 years who are marginalised, disadvantaged or at risk, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Referral Eligibility: Self-referrals, family members, friends, GPs, school teachers and other service providers with the young person’s consent. Referrals can be made via phone or in person through our worker on duty.
