Offers individual support, education and training and support group services to families and carers of people living with mental illness. The program aims to improve carer well-being, resilience, coping skills and relationships. As part of our Family and Carer Mental Health Program, you can access 3 types of support. 1. Education and training 2. Individual support 3. Support groups Meet in person or online to provide emotional support, share information and connect you to services that meet your unique needs.

Referral Eligibility: Self-referral and service provider. You can access this program if you are a family member or carer of someone living with mental health concerns.
