Fees: Initial session= $550 (-medicare rebate of $400) =$150 out of pocket Ongoing sessions= $160-200 (-medicare rebate of $90)= $50-110 out of pocket. *The rebate of ongoing session is depend on the cost and would always be more than half of the price
