Primary Mental Health Program Under Wentwest (Perinatal psychologist services)

ATAPS enables General Practitioners across western Sydney to refer financially disadvantaged or hard to reach clients to an ATAPS provider at no cost, who may not have their needs met via Medicare subsidised services. ATAPS is a complimentary service to the already existing Medicare (Better Access) mental health services.

Referral Eligibility: GP to complete an ATAPS Referral Form along with a Mental Health Treatment Plan OR Obstetricians and Maternal and Child Health Nurses can make a Provisional Referral completing the Provisional Referral Form and Wentwest referral form Any person living in the western sydney area with a Medicare card.
