Primary Menatl Health Care enables General Practitioners across western Sydney to refer financially disadvantaged or hard to reach clients to an Primary Mental Health Care provider at no cost, who may not have their needs met via Medicare subsidised services. PMHC is a complimentary service to the already existing Medicare (Better Access) mental health services.

Referral Eligibility: GP to complete an PMHC Referral Form along with a Mental Health Treatment Plan OR Obstetricians and Maternal and Child Health Nurses can make a Provisional Referral completing the Provisional Referral Form. From the time of conception to 2 years after birth
