I.am (also known as the Youth Aftercare Pilot or YAP) is a psychosocial support service for children and young people aged under 25 following significant suicidal ideation, self-harm or a suicide attempt.

Referral Eligibility: Anyone can refer. The person you are referring must be under 25 and living in the Blacktown or Mount Druitt areas of Western Sydney, the Coffs Harbour or Nambucca areas of Mid North Coast NSW, the Tamworth area of Hunter New England, or the Bankstown, Liverpool or Fairfield areas of South West Sydney.
