Referral Eligibility: Call the contact number provided to see if you can attend an appointment in person or complete a telephone assessment. Customers can also apply via Service NSW to be assessed by the NSW Government EAPA Assessment Team. You must have an electricity or natural gas account for a NSW residential address (primary place of residence), be the account holder, be experiencing a short-term financial crisis or emergency that has impacted your ability to pay your current residential energy bill.
