FriendlLine

FriendLine is for anyone who needs to reconnect or just wants a chat. The service was set up to address the gaps in services for those experiencing loneliness. All conversations with FriendLine are anonymous and volunteers are there ready to chat and listen to a story or two.

Referral Eligibility: Self- referral or Workers and teachers can provide referral information that may assist eheadspace clinicians to support a young person. To provide referral information or to negotiate a shared care arrangement call eheadspace on 0488 200 053.Young people or family members must register at www.eheadspace.org.au to use the online and email service. They can remain anonymous although some information e.g age will be collected at the time of registration. Aged 12-25 years and not seeking crisis care services.

Fees: Free of charge

Services: The support line is open: 10am – 8pm, 7 days a week. The online chat service is open: 5pm – 8.30pm, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
