Referral Eligibility: Need to contact Central Referral Service on (Ph) 1800 600 681 for referral. No GP referral is required Available to Children, adolescents, parents and families and Individual adults.

Fees: This service is free if you have a Medicare card and live, work or study in the Cumberland, Parramatta, Blacktown or Hills local council areas.
