Referral Eligibility: Those who live in the Penrith LGA or 2770 postcodes can get free child family counselling. Free financial counselling for anyone in western Sydney.

Fees: Free for those who live in Penrith LGA or the 2770 postcodes. Sliding scale fee for those outside those areas
