Alcohol & Other Drugs Continuing Coordinated Care Program
The AOD CCC Program supports people to: Build connections with AOD treatment services as well as other health services, access housing, education, training and employment services, enhance their day-to-day living skills, develop personal strategies to reduce the harm caused by drug or alcohol use, build better and healthier connections with the local community through recreational and social activities, identify strengths and develop motivation to bring about positive and lasting change in their lives.
